About the Market
Sheriff Hutton’s artisan market features:

The market is organised by local villagers and supports the community. Since 2019, it has raised over £24,000 for local groups, including £10,000 in 2023. In the same year, £3,000 was donated to community projects in Sheriff Hutton.
The café has also been a major fundraising success, generating over £20,000 to date, with profits retained by each hosting group.

- Posh Cheese – Artisan cheeses from Yorkshire and beyond
- Really Indian – Fresh cooking sauces and Indian snacks
- Studio 58 – Local painter and printmaker.
- Walbut House Farm – Home-produced meat, including Dexter beef, pork, free-range chickens, and venison.
- Willow Farm Produce – Eggs, seasonal fruit, vegetables, honey, and plants
- Yorkshire Orchards – Homegrown fruit juices
- Zephyr Jewellery – Handmade jewellery from recycled sea glass
This rotating mix ensures that every visit feels unique and supports a wide range of local makers.
