Welcome to Kernow Churros
We’re Truro’s first dedicated churro shop, bringing the warmth of Spain to the heart of Cornwall in farmers market. Born from a love of simple, honest street food, we took the classic churro – crisp on the outside, soft on the inside – and gave it a Kernow (Cornish) identity.
Every churro is mixed, piped, and fried fresh in front of you. No pre‑made batters. No frozen stock. Just real ingredients, cooked to golden perfection and finished with your choice of luscious sauces.
Whether you’re a local regular or a visitor exploring Truro’s independent food scene, we’re here to make your day a little sweeter.
